Machining Equipment

Producing quality work requires quality machines as much as it requires quality machinists. That’s why we stock our shop with tools from the industry leaders in manufacturing. Our machinists are trained to get the most out of every tool, and their expertise shows in the end product.

We currently have an approximately 8,000 square foot plant with three high production CNC lathes, three CNC machining centers, computerized bending, automatic saws, Mig and Tig welding, and drilling and tapping machines along with a variety of other machines and fixtures maximizing our capabilities.

CNC Lathes: 

• Daewoo Lynx 220L w/ Fanuc i series controls
  - 8”chuck, 15” turn length, and 2 ½” through hole
• Daewoo Puma 240C w/ Fanuc 21i-TB controls
  -10” chuck, 22” turn length, and 3” through hole
• Daewoo Puma 300L w/ Fanuc 21i-TB controls
  - 12” chuck, 54” turn length, and 4” through hole
• Doosan Puma 400C w/Fanuc i series controls
  - 21" chuck, 40" turn length, and 6.5" through hole

Machining Centers:

• Daewoo DMV-500 w/ Fanuc 18-M controls
• Doosan MV-3016 w/Fanuc I series controls
  - 18” by  40”  table size and holds 24 tools 
• DynaPath 1000 w/Delta 2000 control and programmable indexer.
  - 22” by 50” table size and 22” in Z travel. Hold over 16 tools.
• OKK MCV 820
  32” BY 70” TABLE
  Random tool changer ( 30 tools )

65-TON Iron Worker:

• Angle/Bar shearing and punch press

Radial Arm Drill:

• Cincinnati/Brickford with 9” column x 36” arm, capable of up to 3” twist drill capacity

Engine Lathe: 

• Sunmax GBL-1760
  - 10” chuck, 60” turn length, and 2” through hole

Manual Mills: 

• Supermax vertical mill with 9” by 32” table size

Broaching: 

• Hansford - Model 5 Davis Keyseater

Bending:

• Di-Acro Bender capable of 3/4” bending of various types of metals

Welders:

• Miller, Millermatic 250, 200 amp wire feed welder
• Linde VI-250 Mig Welder
• Miller Model 88, industrial arc
• Miller Syncrowave 250DX Tig welder
